The number of video lessons and variety of content provided at each belt level “are not” equal. This describes the service. Ultimate Black Belt Guitar reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at the discretion of Ultimate Black Belt Guitar. Use of the Services by a user shall constitute the user's acceptance of these Terms of Service. Description of Ultimate Black Belt Guitar ServicesRegistering for the subscription service requires providing basic information to Ultimate Black Belt Guitar. Once registered you will receive unlimited access to Ultimate Black Belt Guitar Web Site Services which includes full access to a collection of video guitar lessons, including White Belt, Gold Belt, Green Belt, Brown Belt and Black Belt video guitar lessons as defined by Ultimate Black Belt Guitar. You agree and understand that each belt level as described will not contain an equal amount of instruction as the other belt levels. Subscribers agree to pay for the subscription period selected at the time of purchase. Subscribers will receive a confirmation notice upon their original effective date. It is the subscriber's responsibility to review the notice to ensure that it accurately reflects the requested subscription period. You understand and agree that the Ultimate Black Belt Guitar Services the “Web Site” is provided "as-is" and that Ultimate Black Belt Guitar assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Ultimate Black Belt Guitar Services, and that access may involve third-party fees such as Internet service provider or airtime charges. You are responsible for those fees, including those fees associated with the display or delivery of advertisements. Subscription Renewal or Cancellation of SubscriptionSubscription renewal is automatic, and subscribers authorize automatic renewal of their subscriptions until cancelled. Subscribers can cancel the automatic renewal of their subscription at any time. To do so, Simply click on the “My Account” link at the top of the page and click the “Cancel” link under the Payment History section. You will be directed to a Paypal page. Click the “Cancel Subscription” button, and your membership will be immediately cancelled. Please note that we are not able to offer partial discounts for unused time in the canceling month.
